Preparation:
Send the tools in advance with plenty of time - Let them know that it’ll take them an hour to get through them.
Have them bring the reports to the session.
Whiteboard/piece of paper can help. Particularly for the matrix.
Can get through Domains, Vision, Values and behaviours/Matrix in a 2 hour block. Or 2 possibly blocks of 1 hour. We'd suggest after you've done the Domains, Vision and Values is typically a logical place to stop. Then come back to the Matrix.
Remember that your role is to ask questions, NOT give advice. Most people already have the answers, they just need to unpack them and commit to the best next steps so that they can change their behaviours.

Why do you think it’s important/or might be useful for the client?
Overview of the process, expected outcomes and how it will work re: video calls/in person/digital tools/coaching.

Book a time for your first coaching session or both
