- There are three outer elements: Vision, Values and Behaviours. These are the Intrapersonal pillars that need to be established in the pursuit of high performance for teams and thriving for individuals.
- So they know where they’re going, 2 values - so you know how and why that’s important to you, and 3 behaviours because we have to take action to bring our vision to life and to live and breathe our values.
- There are three inner elements: Engagement, Trust, Accountability + Psychological Safety. These are the interpersonal ingredients to be fostered in the service of high performance leadership.
- It’s these six ingredients that combine to create high performance and thriving. If one of these is missing, then high performance just doesn’t happen.
- And that’s why high performance is hard.
