Practical Evaluation

Certification Requirements:

• 2 Day Workshop attendance and participation
• Group coaching calls attendance and participation
• Theoretical Assessment: 100% score (NB: this will be released to you 3 months after the workshop)
• 6 x anonymous client evaluations with matching self-evaluations
• 2 x 1:1 feedback sessions with a Certified Values Master Coach
• Minimum timeframe: 3 months, maximum timeframe 6 months from date of Workshop.

1:1 Feedback Sessions:

• The first 1:1 Feedback Session occurs when 3 client evaluations and matching self-evaluations are completed and submitted.
• The second 1:1 Feedback Session occurs when all 6 client evaluations and matching self-evaluations are completed and submitted.
• It is up to the aspiring Coach to book a time for 1:1 feedback to review the evaluations.
